What a gray and nasty day outside. Although fall is my favorite season*, I sometimes despise how it looks in Texas. We don’t get pretty colors, or spectacularly crisp blue skies. Mostly what we get is a pervasive damp chill. Lowered clouds that lay like a dirty blanket across the sky. Dispirited looking plants and trees. Hell, dispirited *people*. Alot of people in my office are down, sick, angry, depressed.
Walking into the office was like walking into a sodden wall of lethargy.

Or wait..maybe that is an everyday sort of thing?

*shrug*

Oh, well. If I had a point to make, its gone now. A dozen caramels & 4 cups of coffee** will do that for you.

What?

*- mostly because of the holidays that are in fall. Plus, it means that I can start fires. (pause) In the fireplace. (pause) Sheesh!
**- Breakfast of Champions.

  1. Retrograde dog days, man, I’m tellin’ ya. Totally pointless argument last night that was very quoi, though it did eventually cough up a couple of good nuggets of info. But you had to keep slapping it on the back.
