FINALLY got to chat with my Tam last night, albeit briefly. However, it was in person so *that’s* alright, then.
I think I am supposed to go to a birthday thing tonight. Opal Divine’s?
*sneezes*
And then, I am going to find a grove of cedar and burn them to the fucking ground. It may not do much to actually alleviate my allergies. But it sure will make me feel better in a violent/mosh pit sort of way.
Die! Die you fucking cedars! Burn, baby! Burn!
::pause::

PS…note to self….
>>Call Yoga Yoga and check on their schedule/class/availability/cost for the beginner series at NW location.
>>Call Austin Kung Fu Academy and ask about the same for their Children’s Thur/Sat classes.
*suggests her kung fu school*
Teehee, I *knew* you were going to say that.
I shall – I have heard good things about both schools.
PS…prezzies await. Day to deliver them?
Yeah, but we’re the COOLEST school. 🙂
Um, I go on leave next week and will be around most of the time.
Somehow my head now is repeating a song ” Kill the Cedar, Kill the Cedar” Sung in the style of “kill the Wabbit” from loony toons
With my spear and magic helmet!
I needs me a Viking hat (complete with horns) to be able to effectively pull that one off.
I’ve enjoyed this school – http://www.swshaolin.com/home.asp
They’ve got a pretty good kids program. Pricey, though.
Oddly enough, I THINK that is the school that goes to.
I’ll give them a looksee.
Same one. We’re the north school though. We have a good kid’s program.
Ahh, he lets you out of the contract in the first sixty days.
I’m not generally fond of contracts, but I knew that I’d pretty much know in less than sixty days if this was something I still wanted to do. And Master Joe is one of the most ethical people I know, so I don’t have a problem recommending his business. Besides, we have more fun than most. 🙂
It depends on the instructor as to how much stance training goes on. And they spend more time on that at lower belt levels.
At any rate, I think we’re the best school. But hey, you’ve got to go with your own instincts and all.
