The Process 
I don’t get why people are suing their employer and not the insurer. I don’t get why it’s the employer denying the payments and not the insurer.
Also, life insurance is not a scam, but evidently the laws down there make it difficult to collect. I even learned that the medical insurers are supposed to deny just about everything, so paying for medical insurance is pointless down there. Honestly, the more I learn about life in the USA the more certain I am that I would never want to live there.
