I amuse me

(bonFam)3 + (-hubDivorce) = SourceMaterials [(Tal)2 + WEGSW + (adndSPLAT) โ€“ Palladium(RiFTS + HU + NB)]

Alright my geeky friends. Tell me what the above says.

  1. Three of Bonnie’s family members [plus]

    One lack of husband, due to divorce [equals]

    Call the SourceMaterials function

    Function SourceMaterials() {

      Two of whatever a Tal is [plus]

      Whatever a WEBSW is [plus]

      All AD&D sourcebooks [minus]

      Particular Palladium books:

      (
        RiFTS books
        HU books
        NB books
      )

    }

    So it sounds like getting a divorce means bonFam gained a bunch of AD&D, WEBSW, and Tal books, but lost a bunch of Palladium books.

    1. Even if I’m wrong, that was very pleasant, a nice distraction from work being aggravating.  *moar relaxed*

      (Oh – Nightbane, and Heros Unlimited.  So what’s a WEBSW and Tal?)

      [eta] Oh hi, adur, WEGSW.  Star Wars.  Ah kin reed.

      1. Should’ve been WEGSW, which is West End Games Star Wars. Tal = Talislanta (plus and additional source material).
        That was the split out of the gaming source books due to divorce, why is why Tam had partial credit. ๐Ÿ˜€

  2. … Were the RiFTS books explicitly called from his side of the unsimplified equation or were they merely the extant instances of the class that was called?

    1. Huge actually.

      Rifts has a clunky system.

      With the right GM though, it’s extremely fun to play….as are ALL RPGs IMO. Just takes the right person behind the GM screen, and much mayhem and joy can occur.
