aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrgh!!!

WTF?

Dear Brain,

Last night’s dream was *fucked* up.

Let’s recap, shall we?

Post – apocolyptic zombie world — Think Resident Evil: Extinction (the which I’ve ne’er seen)
Me and my buddies creeping through said world, looking for survivors
all of us dressed in US Army fatigues that we had stolen because they “have great pockets” and the “boots kick ass”
we get to a town that looks like it has somebody living there.
because there is a pink (new) VW Beetle sitting out front of an office building that still had windows
we walk up and indeed there is somebody inside; we can see movement through the soaped out windows
hey..where those windows soaped out before?
nevermind, let’s go in & see if we can help
open door
Zombies pour out
ARGH!
Scramble backwards to car & get in
It revs up and we back out at around 80 MPH
Put in D….Floor it, dude!!!
Clamp foot on accelerator and zoom away
as we are driving, notice scenery outside is starting to change
becomes more and more green, with trees and such
(nick cage movie reference there)
and rolling hills
now notice that every time the car comes off a hill, it floats at that level
HOLY SHIT, FLYING PINK BUG!
Wait…flying pink buggy? Who the hell has ever heard of that?
realize that the car is in fact a mental projection of the zombies
and that we are still back at the office
having out guts gnawed on by ravenous zombies

wake up freaked.

Thanks a pantload for the dream, brain. It took me some time to stop freaking out when I got up today.
OTOH, it IS kind of a groovy idea. And, I’ve been wanting to write a short horror story.

Oh, all right. You win.

Thanks for the dream/idea. I’ll get to work on it later.

You still suck, though

Love,
~The Interim Mgmt

    1. See, I *like* zombie media.

My problem wasn’t so much that they were zombies. No, my problem was that they were projective telepathic/tele-empathic zombies strong enough to blot out reality.

      Eep.

and that there was a pink punch-buggy in my dream.
