Holy shit, the wind last night!

I don’t know what happened in *your* neck of the woods but here at least, the Black Winds blew changing all and sundry before them.

Or, you know, it could have just been a bad windstorm. 🙂

We left the windows opens – as we often do when it is pleasant out – and along about oh, I’d say one thirty, two o’clock, the wind kicked up. The curtains streamed out in a flag, whapping me where I lay on the bed about four feet away. Macha gave me a “wtf, ma?” look and then darted under the bed. Then the wind really started up; in fact, it pulled the window treatments from the wall so that the whole shebang (four satin curtains, two rods and various metal wall hanger thingies) landed on the nightstand. Exciting!
I haven’t been outside yet to ascertain what sorts of damage we have going on. I am a little afraid for my truck as it was parked under trees.
