That line is definitely used to talk to his razors, which he does at least 2-3 times throughout the musical. I don’t know that I can name all the bits, though.
I’ll give it to you.
Its during “Pretty Women” .. it is, I believe, the first time he actually says that phrase, although I could be wrong.
