Here’s hoping today is not the clusterfuck that yesterday was. 🙂

Got *nothing* done yesterday. Instead, we had a rain day. We read. We watched TV. We colored. We had lunch and wandered around in a grocery store. Went home. Petted the kitties. And yes, it was very nice.

Tonight however, we need to buckle down and get things accomplished. The house needs some McCleaning. Laundry. Cooking. Cannibalizing my old computer. Setting up the new one. Setting up Girlie’s (made from my old Frankenputer).

Busy, busy.

Back to work for me.

Jesus Christ, it smells like a leper’s ASS in here. Someone apparently left food to rot in the kitchen over the weekend. You know that behind a restaurant smell? Composting vegetables, heated garbage, and rotting oil? Yeah. Its alot like that but, not nearly so pleasant.

Busy, busy weekend. Summerkins was home with me. Poor kid. I felt bad for her – not much to do around the house what with me being so busy unpacking/sorting things out. Not that I have the money to do much, anyway. But she was a trooper; helped out where she could. I am hoping that once we get settled in, I will be able to afford to take her more places.

If I do nothing else this week I *must* get those things done.

My Monday night game has died an insipid little death. Everything just sort of petered out due to schedule conflicts and time constraints. OTOH, I am back in the Sunday afternoon SW game, which is nifty. I like SW – esp. the WEG system. But, I like other systems more. I am not the SW geek that many of the other players are. I am joining a Serenity game as well. Maybe that will keep my gaming itch satisfied although I would like to play in something that doesn’t involve space travel.

I want to dance this week. I am thinking of hitting Elysium on Wednesday night – cause its FWEEEEEEEEEE! There is also the possibility of my going on Saturday night as well. I feel a burning need to be cute, dance til the sweat flings off my body in sheets and I would prefer to do it in a crowd of people that I know and love.
