Writer’s Block: Taking the good with the bad

Best

I am friendly.
I like people (except when I don’t.)
I have pretty great hygiene.
My spelling-fu is STRONG.
I get my biggest kick when people laugh at something I say or do.
You really can call me at 3 in the morning.

Worst

I sometimes don’t like people.
I can be nit-picky about word choice & pronunciation.
Procrastination, thy name is “Bon”.
Tend to overwhelm myself with projects and schoolwork. Then, bitch about it.
Can be judgmental – of others and myself.

Friends
Err…yes?
I dunno. They can disagree here if they so choose.

Hey Brain….

That thing you do? You know, with the whispered asides and the biting sarcasm and the undermining of confidence?

Yeeeeahhhhh, I’m going to need you to knock it off. Its kind of fucking with our ability to coherently put together ideas into a story format. Being as putting ideas into a story format is what, and let’s not kid ourselves here, keeps us sane you idiot, it is important to not disturb that process.

We have enough on our plate without adding a trip to the local sanatorium for an extended stay, mmkay?

Love you. Mean it.

Writer’s Block: A real eye opener

The one that makes them happy, of course.
That being said – you never know which one that will be. There is the additional problem that this will change on an at least daily basis. (sometimes for me, it is an hourly basis.) Therefore, I recommend reading LOTS of books to see which one it may be.
